Had a lovely time here. So comfortable . Nothing to muvh trouble for the staff. Just a shame the meal prices are so expensive. We would loved to have eaten in more. But the prices curtailed that sadly.
Helpful crew, large enough parking for our oversized support vans and all bicycles (group of 38). Not in the center, but not far either. Easy access to downtown. Nice rooms and atmosphere.
We stayed for 2 nights in January 2019. We were in the annex in a very comfortable room with a small kitchen and living area. All clean and well presented. Although the bedroom overlooked the main road there was no sound disturbance. I would highly recommend this hotel though the bar prices were a bit steep.
I had a good room despite the mirror light in bathroom not working. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was great with good quality food. Car park fine when I visited but it is a bit tight on room. Altogether a good experience.
Good overall experience but the room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Bed was excellent. Parking a real problem and always has been to some degree. Hotel staff are good and breakfast was very good for the money. Breakfast menu needs changing from sausages to sausage! Love the position in relation to the designer outlet centre and close enough to walk or bus to York.
