I have been seeing James whenever I have had a problem for the last few years. Most recently I left the gym in real pain in my back and thought I had pushed it too hard and should take a few months off weight training. James diagnosed the issue as a deferred pain from me turning my hip outwards. A few well placed hot water bottles and ensuring I keep my hip 'in' would resolve the issue in a few days. I didn't believe it could be that simple... but I found myself in the gym the next day without the pain getting worse, and after a couple of days it had gone completely. Couldn't recommend anymore to anyone with a problem that needs resolving. Polite, understanding and most importantly phenomenally effective!
