Lovely staff always keen to help out however can be a little slow and you can be waiting a while but what can you expect? They're all great
This is one of the best practices I've been too. The staff are super friendly and can't do enough to make sure your pets are well cared for. Can't recommend enough
Incredible, brought a young wild hedgehog in that was meant to be hibernating by now to get some tips on care and they took it off my hands and said they'd do their best to nurse it back into good health over winter and even took down the location where I found it so they could release it there once it reached good health. Very impressed!
I'd never been before as it's the other side of town to where we live. My daughter called to tell me our dog was Ill (the dog was very, very old). Our regular vet closes half day on a Wednesday. Called Tower to see if they could help.. They were very obliging, told me to bring my dog straight down to them. Sadly, she had died before I managed to get home. I was in bits when I got to them, the staff were simply lovely. Asked if I needed to sit down, do I need a cup of tea, etc. Lady collected my dog from me with nothing but compassion.. Sadly, I was too beside myself to thank her. But i think she knew i wasnt being rude. Thank You.
